Terms and Conditions

Agreement: The Agent Contract together with these Terms and Conditions.

Commission Fee: The fee specified on the homepage of the Agent's account.

Agent Contract: The agreement attached to these Terms and Conditions.

Services: The card promotion and related services we provide to you on the Pokémon Trading Card platform, as described in the Agent Contract.

A) Any words following terms such as including, in particular, for example, or similar expressions shall be interpreted as illustrative only and shall not limit the meaning of the preceding terms.

B) Capitalized terms used in these Terms and Conditions (but not defined here) shall have the meanings assigned to them in the Agent Contract, unless otherwise stated.

A) Early termination of assigned card tasks is NOT allowed, as it may disrupt platform data tracking.

B) Agents must not publish or share any false or misleading information on social media or any external platforms.

C) Each agent must complete 10 sets of card tasks before being eligible to resign. (1 set = 35 cards, total = 350 cards)

D) The minimum withdrawal requirement is the completion of 2 sets of card tasks within the same day.

E) Each agent starts with a credit score of 100. Misconduct will result in deductions based on severity and frequency. If the score drops below a certain threshold, the platform may restrict, suspend, or terminate the agent's account.

F) Agents are strictly prohibited from creating multiple accounts under any circumstances.

G) Agents must maintain confidentiality and act responsibly to protect the reputation of the platform.

H) To ensure asset security, any private financial transactions, trades, or fund transfers between agents (whether on the platform or externally) are strictly prohibited. Any violation will result in severe penalties, and agents will be fully responsible for any resulting losses.

I) Each agent will receive 0–2 Rare Cards per set, randomly assigned by the system.

J) Card Value Range: The value of cards assigned by the system may range from $10 to $150,000, depending on the card version and rarity tier. Each version corresponds to a different market value, and all assignments are determined through a random distribution system. Agents must ensure their account balance is sufficient to support task assignments, as higher-value cards may require a larger balance to complete promotion tasks.

K) Agents must complete 2 sets of card tasks within 48 hours to ensure proper platform data processing.

A) These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles.

B) Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may be referred to arbitration in the United States.

C) The platform reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon notification via the platform or official communication channels.
