Registration Agreement

This Registration Agreement governs your use of the Pokemon Trading Card platform ("Website"). By registering for an account on the Website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not register for an account.

7. Use of Account Assets for Negative Balance Offset

When a user is assigned a high-value or rare card task, any resulting negative balance cannot be offset by deducting funds from the existing account balance.

Users are required to resolve negative balances through direct deposits. Withdrawals or internal deductions are not permitted to cover such deficits.

This policy ensures that the account's asset balance remains unaffected by adjustments related to rare card assignments.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The platform does not guarantee that the Website will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE PLATFORM BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF SUCH POSSIBILITY.

10. Non-Disclosure of Proprietary Information

In accordance with our Non-Disclosure Policy, the platform is not obligated to disclose proprietary information related to its systems, algorithms, card distribution mechanisms, or operational processes.

Any inquiries regarding internal system functions, including card assignment logic or account operation mechanisms, may not be responded to.

This policy is in place to protect confidential business processes and proprietary technologies.

11. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.

Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in California.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Registration Agreement at any time. Users are responsible for reviewing and complying with the most current version.
